Job summary

EY is actively seeking an SAP Tech/Arch Senior Manager to lead the delivery of complex SAP projects across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces. You will define user requirements, develop interfaces, and ensure alignment with business needs through coding, programming, and specification creation.

You will manage engagements, drive revenue, and oversee planning, execution, and closure while travelling to meet clients.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Travel willingness; travel up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
