The Opportunity

As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, using standard tools and agile methodologies to deliver solutions that drive revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute deliverables efficiently.
• Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement reports.
• Track resource plans, budgets, and project statuses.
• Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead.
• Travel as required based on client needs, maintaining billable hours and chargeability levels.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design solutions.
• Translate needs into business solutions, configure and integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business acumen.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively.
• Establish relationships with clients and team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• 2-4 years of experience with SAP system integrations.
• Experience with SAP integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP CIG, SAP Integration Suite, etc.).
• Knowledge of APIs, events, ABAP proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, and other technologies.
• Understanding of integration architecture, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional teams and consulting.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations.
