As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across platforms like mobile, web, and tablet, using standard tools and agile methods to deliver solutions that drive revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will identify customer needs, develop front-end components, and contribute to business processes or solutions, choosing appropriate methods to meet service metrics, quality, risk, growth, and team goals.

• Define and deliver efficiently
• Manage project completion and engagement reports
• Track resources, budgets, and project status
• Participate in client sessions as a team member or lead
• Travel as needed, maintaining billable hours for clients

Skills And Attributes For Success

You should have technical and interpersonal skills to impact projects positively.

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, test, document, and design solutions, liaising with stakeholders and technical teams for SAP and non-SAP system integration.
• Demonstrate deep technical skills and business understanding, with the ability to learn quickly.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with clients, practice agile delivery, and possess proficiency in application development, quality assurance, systems integration, and problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

You must have:

• A four-year Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with SAP system integrations
• Experience with SAP tools like SAP PI/PO, SAP CIG, SAP Integration Suite, and others like Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica is a plus
• Hands-on experience with APIs, events, ABAP proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, files, etc.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, security practices, monitoring tools, EDI standards, cloud platforms, and data management
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in cross-functional teams, consulting experience, SAP certifications, and full-cycle implementation experience are highly valued.
