Your Role

As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across platforms such as mobile, web, and tablet, using standard tools and agile methodologies. Your work will be crucial in delivering technological solutions that drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute deliverables efficiently.
• Manage project completion and maintain engagement reports.
• Track resources, budgets, and project statuses.
• Participate in client sessions as a team member or lead.
• Travel as needed based on client requirements, maintaining billable hours.

Skills and Attributes

• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
• Design solutions, blueprint, test, document, and configure SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business acumen.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, and manage risks.
• Build relationships and exhibit emotional agility.
• Apply agile methodologies, development tools, and systems integration skills.
• Solve complex problems effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, especially with SAP integrations.
• Experience with SAP integration tools like SAP PI/PO, SAP CIG, SAP Integration Suite, and others.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Events, ABAP proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, and file integrations.
• Knowledge of security, monitoring tools, B2B standards, cloud platforms, and data management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional teams, consulting, or deep functional SAP experience.
• SAP certifications and full-cycle implementation experience.
