The Opportunity

As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across platforms like mobile, web, and tablet, using standard tools and agile methodologies to deliver solutions that drive revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute deliverables efficiently
• Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement reports
• Track resources, budgets, and project status
• Participate in client sessions as a team member or lead
• Travel as needed, maintaining billable hours for clients

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, and document workflows
• Translate needs into business solutions, configuring and integrating SAP and non-SAP systems
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, and manage risks
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Apply agile methodologies, application development tools, and quality assurance
• Possess systems integration skills and problem-solving abilities
• Research client inquiries and emerging technologies
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, especially with SAP integrations
• Experience with SAP integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP CIG, SAP Integration Suite, etc.)
• Experience with APIs, events, ABAP proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, files, etc.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, security, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms
• Experience with EDI standards and cloud integration services
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional teams and consulting
• SAP certifications
• Full cycle implementation experience
