The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep technical expertise and strong business acumen. Quickly assimilate new knowledge.
• Lead and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Consistently provide excellent client service, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You will work with key stakeholders to understand needs, advise on SAP capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design functional solutions. You will liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions, configure SAP, and manage integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and team members.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to finance and technology functions.
• Ability to research client inquiries, regulations, industry practices, and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with full-cycle implementation of core modules.
