Job summary

Bertelsmann is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to help optimize distribution center processes using SAP. You’ll resolve system issues, train staff, and collaborate with the SAP team to implement improvements across ERP workflows.

The role requires advanced SAP experience and distribution/manufacturing exposure, with a focus on data-driven enhancements and reliable operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP systems in distribution/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Provide support for all distribution systems and operations and assist in the implementation of distribution projects and initiatives to drive continuous process improvement.

YOUR TASKS

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues
• Train team members on system functionalities
• Trouble-shoot system-related issues
• Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system
• Assist in system unit testing, integration testing and regression testing
• Using data analysis tools and work with the SAP team
• Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Advanced SAP experience
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience
• Strong technology skills
