Job Responsibilities
- Assist SAP SuccessFactors Customers with consulting and implementation needs, including leading their SuccessFactors implementation process.
- Responsibilities include requirements gathering, gap analysis, business process design, system demonstrations, customer workshops, system configuration, creating functional specifications, overseeing development for custom requirements, documenting decisions, client sign-offs, testing, issue resolution, cutover activities, training, and post-go-live support.
- Perform system reviews and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Address production support tickets as assigned.
- Support business development and pre-sales activities.
- Stay updated on SAP releases and features, maintaining certification in your areas of expertise.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Active certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module: Recruiting and/or Compensation & Variable Pay.
- BA/BS degree or relevant work experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- US Citizenship or work authorization.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in SuccessFactors modules.
