Job Responsibilities

• Assist SAP SuccessFactors Customers with consulting and implementation needs, including leading their SuccessFactors implementation process.
• Responsibilities include requirements gathering, gap analysis, business process design, system demonstrations, customer workshops, system configuration, creating functional specifications, overseeing development for custom requirements, documenting decisions, client sign-offs, testing, issue resolution, cutover activities, training, and post-go-live support.
• Perform system reviews and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Address production support tickets as assigned.
• Support business development and pre-sales activities.
• Stay updated on SAP releases and features, maintaining certification in your areas of expertise.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• US Citizenship or work authorization.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in SuccessFactors modules.
