Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation leader with deep SAP experience to drive SAP SuccessFactors implementations and LMS optimization at client sites in the United States. You will advise on system functionality, lead workstreams, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end transformations.

The role requires SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification, broader SF space certifications, and the ability to travel regularly to client sites; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience or 8 years in equivalent industry
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience
• Minimum 1 year as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
• Certified in SuccessFactors LMS
• Certified in at least one other SF space (e.g. PMGM, Training, recruiting)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years acceptable

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess LMS requirements for an upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementation
• Provide advisory on key client decisions related to Learning Management System functionality
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems
• Lead or participate in cross-functional workstreams and client interactions
• Run workstream or project activities as assigned
• Coordinate across technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management teams
• Document requirements, solutions and impacts, and final decisions
• Communicate effectively to ensure clarity among diverse participants
