Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation maven to help clients digitize and optimize processes using SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP solutions. You’ll lead workstreams, advise on LMS functionality, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Travel to client sites is expected; you will identify LMS requirements, drive transformation programs, and ensure solutions meet business needs. Strong advisory skills and SAP/LMS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience
• 3+ years of SuccessFactors LMS experience
• 1 year as Project/ Large Workstream/ Client Lead on a large SAP transformation with on- and off-shore resources
• Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems
• Certified in at least on other SF space (PMGM, Training, Recruiting)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess LMS requirements for an upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Provide advisory on key client decisions relating to Learning Management System functionality
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems
• Lead workstreams and projects; coordinate with onshore and offshore teams
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
• Use effective communication strategies to ensure clarity among diverse project participants
