Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation expert to lead LMS implementations and advisory work for SAP SuccessFactors projects. You will guide clients through decision points, drive transformation programs, and collaborate across multiple workstreams. Travel to client sites is expected.

A transformation maven with the skills to help clientsmeet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions.And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.
Identify and assess LMS requirements for an upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Provide advisory on key client decisions relating to Learning Management System functionality
Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
Use effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Minimum of 5 years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 3 years SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems
Certified in at least on other SF space i.e. PMGM, Training, recruiting, etc
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
You are advanced in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or advanced in SAP HCM Training & Event Management or advanced in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
You are a Master in external stakeholder communications
