Job summary

SDI Presence in Chicago is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Platform Administrator to lead testing and implementation of 3rd party integrations across HR processes. You will work with CPI, REST and OData APIs to deliver scalable integration solutions that align with security standards.

Responsibilities include design and development, integration center configurations, data quality and post-production support, with collaboration across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 5-12 years SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
• 5-12 years developing integrations using SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration expertise.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP SuccessFactors integrations with CPI and APIs.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.
• Create and maintain file-based or API-based integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders on requirements.
• Ensure security and data integrity across integrated systems.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer.
