Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation-minded leader to drive large, complex SAP projects from discovery through delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure value realization across activities, including SuccessFactors and SAP transformations.

You will travel regularly to client sites, lead workstreams, validate requirements, and optimize configurations to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a team where you interact with clients, manage workstreams, and may need to be in charge.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and service quality by managing outcomes and client value.
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management.
• Tweak methods, tools and procedures to meet client needs and document decisions.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions and maintain traceability.
