Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

• Implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally Succession, Compensation or Variable Pay.
• Analysis of the customer situation and development of strategies for the implementation and operation of the SuccessFactors solution.
• Support in all project phases - from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live.
• Independent performance of customer workshops and user trainings.
• Support in presales activities such as the execution of system demos or the preparation of offers.
• You will be responsible for the Performance & Goals module and will actively drive the professional development of our team.
• As a Senior Consultant, you will also take on (partial) project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed university studies, several years of relevant professional experience and successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally in other modules.
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with project management and consulting methodologies.
• Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance.
• Business fluent German and fluent English.
