1. Lead STP data preparation, enrichment, and migration for the GM SAP implementation, in partnership with the STP Value Stream, ETO SAP Data Team, and functional support subject matter experts (SMEs).
2. Support the design, testing, implementation, and hypercare of Supplier Master Data Governance Processes (BPH L3/L4s).
3. Support the design of data management processes, rules, and controls for STP-related data to ensure data quality and trustworthiness.
4. Construct SAP ERP STP data objects (e.g., facilitate data domain extraction and construction, compare to standards, identify gaps or deficiencies).
5. Support data migration activities (e.g., data mapping, migration, testing, validation, and corrective actions during cutover).
6. Identify, manage, and mitigate data quality risks related to GM STP data by developing and implementing data standards and policies.
7. Lead, participate in, and utilize data governance processes, and execute data quality initiatives with stakeholders.
8. Provide data expertise and guidance for GM projects involving Master, Shared, and Single Application Data in the STP domain.
9. Identify stakeholders in GM for STP data, communicate best practices, and share updates on data policies and standards.
10. Partner with GM stakeholders to guide and train data specialists and associates.

Qualifications:

• Required SAP experience, ideally across multiple environments.
• Strong background in data governance and migrations, preferably with implementation experience.
• S/4 HANA experience preferred; ECC experience acceptable.
• Senior-level consultant capable of supporting 75% hands-on work and 25% strategic guidance.
• ARIS (Visio as backup) and Jira experience are pluses.
