Job summary

Executive Software Guild Inc is seeking a seasoned SAP MM consultant to lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay and inventory processes. The role requires hands-on configuration, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration across logistics and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP experience, multiple full SAP implementations, and a background in manufacturing or engineering-driven environments in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field is required.
• 5+ years of SAP functional experience in SAP MM / Source-to-Pay / Inventory & Stockroom Management.
• Hands-on configuration experience in end-to-end S2P processes SAP MM and related procurement and inventory processes.
• Experience with three or more SAP implementations or major rollout projects.
• Experience with inventory management including physical inventory, stock transfers, batch/serial management, and movement types.
• Cross-functional knowledge with Logistics & Accounting processes.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and work with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global engineering matrixed organizations (manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, or engineering-driven).

• Experience with inventory management processes including physical inventory, stock transfers, batch/serial management, and movement types.
• Strong cross functional knowledge of dependencies with other Logistics & Accounting processes & modules.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and work effectively with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global engineering matrixed organizations that entails manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, industrial, or engineering-driven environments.
