Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Princeton, NJ, is hiring a Manager/Lead Associate – SAP to design and implement SAP and EDI solutions, aligning with business objectives. You will drive end-to-end integration and governance with cross-functional teams, impacting efficiency and delivery.

Role reports to Lead Architect - SAP; responsibilities include SAP modules like ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform, with a focus on automation and innovation.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: a Bachelor's or master's in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum work experience: 5–7 years in SAP/IT roles; pharma background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP and EDI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Drive end-to-end integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Governance, project delivery, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Oversee SAP ATTP serialization, data mapping, and architectures.
• Identify automation opportunities using RPA, ML, and intelligent automation.
• Mentor teams and foster continuous learning and collaboration.
