Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Princeton, NJ seeks a Manager/Lead Associate– SAP to design and implement SAP and EDI solutions. You will drive end-to-end integration, governance, and innovation across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and cloud platforms. Hybrid in-person work with cross-functional teams is expected.

The role emphasizes serialization (ATTP), API management, and automation using RPA/ML to optimize processes and delivery. Strong partnership with stakeholders and global teams is required.

Qualifications

• Educational background in computer science or information technology.
• 5–7 years of SAP and integration experience, preferably in pharma.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP & EDI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP integration across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA and cloud.
• Lead SAP ATTP serialization implementations and data mapping.
• Define integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange strategies.
• Identify automation opportunities using RPA and ML within SAP.
