Job description

The Solution Engineer is responsible for demonstrating enosix real-time integration products and architecture to prospects and customers, showcasing the company's technology infrastructure to build confidence and address all technical objections during the sales cycle. To succeed, the Solution Engineer should have a strong desire to leverage their technical and sales skills, including gathering business requirements, developing technical sales strategies, configuring solutions, and effectively demonstrating how these solutions provide business value.

Role Responsibilities

1. Provide demonstrations of enosix products across various industry verticals.
2. Travel onsite to confidently showcase enosix functionality and architecture (approximately 25%).
3. Design and diagram customer-specific enterprise integrations based on Salesforce and SAP platforms.
4. Collaborate with the Product team to deliver compelling demonstrations of current and upcoming technologies.
5. Understand customer needs and position the enosix product as the optimal solution for their integration challenges.
6. Create and present customized demos and Proof of Concepts using enosix products.
7. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer's technology environment related to Salesforce and SAP solutions.
8. Assist sales in responding effectively to RFPs.
9. Support sales in gathering customer-specific functional and technical requirements to produce estimates and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building functional integrations with SAP, such as Pricing and Order Creation.
• Development experience with modern tools like SAP CPI/BTP, MuleSoft, and Boomi.
• Ability to architect and diagram customer-specific enterprise integrations using enosix, based on SAP ERP and SAP technology.
• Proficiency in creating presentation content within documents, slides, and recordings.
• Meticulous note-taking based on customer interactions.
• Previous experience as a solution or sales engineer for CRM, ERP, or integration companies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP integration methodologies.
• Understanding of related applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse political environments to solve technical problems.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
