Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Manager Functional SME in at least 2 Incident Management implementations.
• Experience with gathering requirements and designing operations solutions.
• Extensive experience in onsite-offshore working models.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to SAP implementation and support teams.
• Manage Onsite-Offshore coordination activities.
