About The Job

Client is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to support in developing and guiding their SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation strategy for the Service & Repair business unit. This role will involve leading workshops, analyzing current-state processes, presenting migration options, and demonstrating the SAP S/4HANA Service solution to key business and IT stakeholders.

About The Job

Client is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to support in developing and guiding their SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation strategy for the Service & Repair business unit. This role will involve leading workshops, analyzing current-state processes, presenting migration options, and demonstrating the SAP S/4HANA Service solution to key business and IT stakeholders.

This is a part-time, remote contract role designed to provide strategic expertise and solution leadership in the early phases of the client’s S/4HANA journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the client’s current end-to-end Service & Repair processes and IT landscape, including SAP ECC configuration.
• Develop and recommend S/4HANA migration strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders; document findings and action plans.
• Configure and demonstrate SAP S/4HANA Service Management capabilities to support client decision-making.
• Provide input for business case development and roadmap planning.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 full project lifecycles as an SAP Solution Architect or Consultant focused on Service & Repair.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management and legacy SAP CS modules.
• Strong understanding of service processes (e.g., service orders, repairs, warranties) and related integrations.
• Experience with SAP configuration, template design, and business process consulting.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites if required (minimal).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Process Manufacturing.
• Experience as a Solution Architect for Service & Repair workstreams in S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Service Cloud, SAP Field Service Management, and SAP integrations with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations.
