Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to join our Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics practice in the United States. You will participate in requirements gathering, contribute to ERP design, and help deliver SAP S/4HANA projects with a focus on service management, CS, and integration across interfaces.

The role requires hands-on ABAP development, SAP BRF+, IDocs, BAPIs, and strong collaboration with offshore teams, clients, and cross-functional groups to translate complex requirements into

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience with SAP in service management (SM) or customer service (CS).
• Hands-on S/4HANA work and understanding of SAP BTP apps.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP, IDOCs, BAPI, BRF+.
• Experience reading and debugging ABAP codes and creating functional specs for RICEF objects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture by assisting ERP module customization.
• Develop and integrate features into ERP applications; perform code reviews.
• Configure interfaces and execute ETL processes for data flow.
• Ensure ERP customizations comply with security and regulatory standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation and deliver user training.
