Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, develop, test, and maintain SAP HCM solutions, combining functional expertise with ABAP development and workflow capabilities.

You will collaborate with business, analytics, and IT teams to implement WRICEF components, support data migration from legacy ERP, perform testing, documentation, performance tuning, and after-hours support as needed, contributing to project milestones and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of HCM Functional experience using SAP in a professional environment.
• Understanding of SAP Portal technology.
• Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• 1+ years of SAP Workflow experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, review, debug, and unit test SAP HCM programs and modifications.
• Code, test, and implement ABAP programs and enhancements within SAP HCM modules.
• Create and configure Enterprise Structure, Personnel Structure, Organizational Plans, and Organizational Structures.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business teams, analysts, designers, system owners, and developers to design and deliver robust SAP solutions.
• Provide SAP support, including analysis, development, testing, issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Job Title: Senior SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (ABAP & Workflow)

Position Overview

Work on enterprise SAP Human Capital Management solutions involving system design, development, testing, maintenance, and legacy ERP data migration. This role combines SAP HCM functional expertise with hands-on technical development to support integrated, efficient, and high-quality SAP solutions across Human Capital Management and related enterprise applications.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, review, debug, and unit test SAP HCM programs and modifications.
• Code, test, and implement ABAP programs and enhancements within SAP HCM modules.
• Create and configure Enterprise Structure, Personnel Structure, Organizational Plans, and Organizational Structures.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business teams, analysts, designers, system owners, and developers to design and deliver robust SAP solutions.
• Provide SAP support, including analysis, development, testing, issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Support legacy ERP data migration into SAP through data analysis, cleansing, translation, testing, and configuration of standard solutions.
• Perform SAP data retrievals using ad hoc queries, Report Painter, SAP tables, and common SAP data extraction tools.
• Perform data updates using SAP LSMW and EpiUse Data SyncManager.
• Develop and support WRICEF components, including Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
• Perform LSMW/BDC programming using session and Call Transaction methods.
• Research, evaluate, and apply SAP OSS notes, updates, and software fixes.
• Develop and execute unit tests, including test script development.
• Maintain technical documentation, testing documentation, support logs, and process documentation.
• Work with developers to identify and resolve application performance issues.
• Support project milestones, deliverables, and signoffs in accordance with project plans.
• Provide after-hours SAP system support as required.
• Assist functional teams with technical direction and solution design.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of HCM Functional experience using SAP in a professional environment.
• Understanding of SAP Portal technology.
• Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Mail Services in SAP through Standard API.
• General understanding of accounting processes.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including ERP.
• 1+ years of SAP Workflow experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three full life cycles of SAP project implementation.

Additional Capabilities

• Working knowledge of SAP HR Cluster tables.
• Experience with enhancements for Dynamic Actions.
• Ability to provide solid, efficient, error-free technical solutions with minimal management supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
