Job summary

GDIT in Dayton, OH is seeking a Program Security Representative to provide multi‑discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data, performing day‑to‑day analysis.

You will ensure compliance with NISPOM and related standards, develop and train on SAP/SCI security programs, identify vulnerabilities, coordinate with SAP security staff, and brief personnel on security topics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience (or equivalent).
• SAP experience required.
• US citizenship required.
• Clearance: TS/SCI currently possessed; must obtain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of US operations.
• Provide day‑to‑day security support with ongoing assessment of procedures and recommended improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
• Develop, implement, and train the Operations Security program.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into training.
• Brief all levels of personnel on security topics and conduct facility compliance reviews.
• Monitor and track corrective actions from compliance reviews and incidents.
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters in a timely manner.
• Investigate losses or compromises of classified information and perform damage assessments.
