Job summary

CSCI is seeking a Security Analyst to support our Springfield office. The role focuses on SAP/S SCI security requirements across governance, personnel, information, physical, and administrative security.

The candidate will coordinate clearance processing and security education programs while ensuring compliant handling of sensitive information. The position requires US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance, with 3–5+ years in DoD security and SAP/SCI experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (SSBI within 5 years).
• 5+ years of DoD security experience.
• 3–5 years SAP or SCI experience.
• SPO certification; JADE familiarity.
• Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Security Governance – assist in policy development, implementation, and oversight.
• Personnel Security – support clearance processing in a multi-level environment.
• Information Security – assist with data protection, access control, and incident coordination.
• Physical Security – assist with access controls and risk assessments.
• Administrative Security Support – maintain documentation and support audits.
