Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation seeks a seasoned security leader to direct enterprise-wide SAP security operations, governance, and risk management. You will oversee CSSOs, coordinate with government customers, and ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICD, and JSIG across multiple programs.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in SAP/security leadership, 3+ years in management of classified programs, and a Top Secret/SCI clearance. This role offers challenging assignments with travel and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in security/related field.
• 10+ years of security experience with leadership in SAP community.
• 3+ years in management roles with classified programs or SAP operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for SAP security operations.
• Lead teams of CSSOs to support multiple SAP programs and develop performance metrics.
• Engage with Aerospace leadership and government customers on SAP protections and requirements.
• Manage SAP operations in compliance with NISPOM, ICD directives, and JSIG; develop enterprise SAP policies.
• Oversee SAP security budgets across programs and optimize resource allocation.
