Position Title: SAP Security Analyst

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Troubleshoot and manage a spectrum of SAP systems including ECC, S/4, Fiori, NetWeaver, GRC, Solman, Ariba, and Cloud platforms.
2. Design, build, test, and implement composite and single roles based on project and support needs, collaborating closely with the EMEA/Dal-Tile teams.
3. Maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules for security setup and role assignment.
4. Conduct security research and provide recommendations on upgrades, systems, methodologies, and software.
5. Oversee SAP S4 Hana security implementations and migrations.
6. Utilize SailPoint Administration and Azure Active Directory to enhance identity and access management.
7. Serve as Strategic Advisor on SAP processes, workflows, and industry best practices.
8. Communicate requirements effectively to workstream leads and stakeholders.
9. Support audits focusing on Cyber Security and SOX compliance, both internally and externally.
10. Implement security controls and collaborate during application deployments.
11. Identify and resolve application and cloud security issues.
12. Ensure SAP security controls align with audit and compliance standards.
13. Evaluate GRC controls, identify improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
14. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
15. Coordinate GRC audits and liaise with auditors.
16. Provide end-user training on GRC and security best practices.
17. Create GRC Rulesets for critical and sensitive access reviews.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in a global SAP environment.
• 10 years of experience with SAP ECC & S/4 modules: MM, FI, CO, PP, SD, PM, ARA, EAM, TMS, EWM, MES.
• 5 years of SAP security experience.
• 5 years of experience with GRC Module.
• 5 years supporting internal & external audits.

Work from home available; residence within commuting distance to Kennesaw, GA required. Up to 5% domestic travel possible.
