Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an SAP Security Analyst-Level 3 to join the Information Technology department in Mason, OH. You will lead security design and configuration across complex SAP environments, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders to align security with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SAP security, GRC, and strong communication skills, with exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP security architecture, design and configuration
• Minimum 5 years utilizing SAP security
• Minimum 3 years of experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance)
• Minimum 3 years of experience of providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects with support and delivery in a production support role in a medium to large business. Provide security guidance or business process expertise.
• Minimum 1 year of experience communicating security issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors, and executives
• Some experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori
• Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple components

Responsibilities

Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Security Analyst-Level 3 in the Information Technology department.
