Job summary

Cintas is seeking an SAP Security Analyst – Level 2 to support the SAP landscape and security program. The role involves collaborating with customers, Business Analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and design secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

The candidate will analyze architecture, develop security configurations, and lead teams on enterprise projects. Experience with GRC, SolMan ChaRM, and SAP S/4HANA/Fiori is preferred, along with cloud security exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of SAP security architecture, design, and configuration.
• At least 3 years of SAP security experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with GRC.
• At least 1 year of experience providing technical leadership and mentoring.
• At least 1 year of experience communicating security issues to managers/execs.
• Some experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Some experience with Cloud application security.
• Experience in complex SAP environments.

SAP Security Analyst – Level 2

Cintas is looking for an SAP Security Analyst – Level 2 to support the SAP area. The role involves working on major projects that span a broad range of systems and collaborating closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and design quality security solutions aligned with business and IT strategies, and compliant with the organization’s architectural standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Application analysis, design, security configuration, integration, and enhancement.
• Support issues handling and problem resolution.
• Gathering requirements and advising on system options, risk, cost‑benefit, and impact on business processes.
• Design and development of SAP solutions that support multiple enterprise applications.
• Analyzing architecture and end‑to‑end system flow.
• Coordinating and developing test plans, and executing them.
• Staying abreast of new trends and future enhancements and leveraging best practices.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP security architecture, design, and configuration.
• Minimum 3 years utilizing SAP security.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with GRC.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise‑wide software development projects and support in a production environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience communicating security issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors, and executives.
• Some experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Some experience with Cloud application security.
• Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple components.

Preferred qualifications:

• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with SolMan – ChaRM.
