Wieland North America, Inc. in Louisville, KY is hiring an Enterprise Application Support Analyst II to provide second-level SAP and enterprise application support, manage tickets, and work with business and IT stakeholders to keep systems stable.

The role centers on SAP SD with opportunities to expand into PP, MM, and FICO. Requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years SAP SD experience, and strong communication. Willingness to travel 10–20% to Germany and other Wieland locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of SAP SD experience with ability to independently analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with business users.
• Must be willing and able to occasionally work outside regular business hours, including weekends.
• Travel to Germany and other Wieland locations 10–20% as needed.
• Strong business process and application experience in supply chain/logistics, with finance background considered a plus.
• Understanding of S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, related processes, and system configurations.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and test planning/coordination.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages and resolves second-level SAP/SD tickets and complex issues.
• Collaborates with key users to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Supports continuous improvements to increase system efficiency and user adoption.
• Performs configurations, master data updates, and minor enhancements as needed.
• Manages transition from project closure to ongoing support and documents knowledge articles.
• Contributes to system testing, user acceptance testing, and training for changes or upgrades.
• Strengthens knowledge of processes and systems.
