AECOM is seeking a Senior Manager skilled in SAP implementation to assist clients in their digitization journey. You will lead projects, coach teams, and implement best practices in SAP. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in SAP SD and OTC processes, demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced environment. You are:
A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clientsmeet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and helping their companies do more . You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talkingto senior managers and clients.And as a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.
The work:
+ Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
+ Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
+ Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
+ Give clients options for designs using prototypes
+ Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
+ Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
+ Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Houston, TX but may consider candidates in Nashville TN or Phoenix, AZ.
Here’s what you need:
+ Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience
+ Minimum 1 year of SAP SD experience
+ Minimum 6 months of OTC experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if:
+ You know everything there is to know about SAP OTC processes
+ You have hands-on work experience with Hybris , or other ecommerce platforms
+ You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective , and configure the solution and tools
+ You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
+ You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
