Rapid Eagle Inc. seeks an experienced SAP SD Lead for onsite work in Reno, NV. The role focuses on leading end-to-end intercompany sales and OTC processes within SAP SD, ensuring accurate billing and alignment between orders, deliveries, and invoices.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and SAP teams, validate complex intercompany transactions, and drive process improvements for billing accuracy and order processing efficiency.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of intercompany sales and billing processes in SAP.
• Experience with sales order management, order changes, pricing conditions, and commercial invoicing.
• Knowledge of shipping, delivery processing, and logistics-related sales transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Validate end-to-end intercompany sales and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP SD.
• Review intercompany sales orders, billing documents, commercial invoices, and related accounting transactions.
• Validate machine-related sales transactions, including order creation, order modifications, delivery, billing, and invoicing.
• Analyze sales order changes and ensure accurate updates to pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and billing requirements.
• Validate drop shipment processes, including third-party sales, delivery coordination, and intercompany transaction flows, as applicable.
• Review intercompany billing scenarios to ensure accurate invoicing between selling and delivering entities.
• Validate pricing conditions, transfer prices, markups, discounts, and other commercial pricing requirements.
• Review shipping and delivery processes to ensure alignment between sales orders, outbound deliveries, and billing documents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and SAP teams to identify process gaps and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Document business requirements, process flows, validation scenarios, and acceptance criteria for intercompany sales and billing.
• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and business sign-off.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance billing accuracy, order processing efficiency, and compliance with business requirements.
