Job summary

Qwalton Services Limited seeks a senior SAP specialist to lead the order-to-cash and intercompany processes with a focus on SAP SD and MM. You will design and test fulfillment paths, troubleshoot pricing, and ensure accurate intercompany flows across purchasing and delivery stages.

The role requires hands-on experience with ECC, custom transactions like ZPOCREATE, and the ability to produce process maps, specifications, and test scenarios for business-facing stakeholders.

Qualifications

• SAP ECC order-to-cash and intercompany sales processes, including billing and deliveries.
• Intercompany purchasing flows with PO pricing, goods receipt and invoicing.
• Understand impact of sales-order changes on linked POs and deliveries.
• Pricing troubleshooting and transfer pricing controls.
• Design and test two fulfillment paths: direct drop shipment and subsidiary receipt/value-add.

Role:

Lead the sales-order, intercompany PO, delivery, and transfer-pricing process design. The primary strength should be SAP SD, with substantial hands-on SAP MM experience.

Required experience and responsibilities

• SAP ECC order-to-cash and intercompany sales processes, including sales-order plant determination, intercompany billing, customer billing, deliveries, and goods issue.
• Intercompany purchasing flows involving purchasing organizations, vendors, info records, PO pricing, goods receipt, and invoice processing.
• Understanding of how sales-order changes affect linked intercompany POs, deliveries, configuration, and plant-specific manufacturing requirements.
• Transfer pricing and pricing-condition troubleshooting, including controls for missing or outdated prices and info records.
• Designing and testing the two main fulfillment paths:
  • Direct drop shipment: proposed supplying-plant approach on the customer sales order, with required intercompany and customer billing.
  • Subsidiary receipt or value-add: ICPO retained, with the necessary delivery, goods issue, receipt, and billing steps.
• Experience working with custom ECC transactions and extensions. The current process uses ZPOCREATE; the candidate should be able to assess its behavior and dependencies without assuming it can simply be replaced.
• Ability to produce process maps, functional specifications, Jira Stories, test scenarios, and business-facing documentation.
