Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Application Engineer (SD/CRM) to support SAP SD, CRM, and EDI across North America. You will provide Level 1/2 application support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in day-to-day operations during go-lives and hypercare.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of ERP support experience in manufacturing, SAP S/4HANA or ECC knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. This on-site role offers growth toward Level 3 functionality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ERP support in live production with hands-on ticket ownership.
• SAP S/4HANA or ECC experience in at least one module.
• Manufacturing environment exposure; automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SAP SD/CRM/EDI support contact.
• Own tickets end-to-end from intake to resolution.
• Develop documentation and configurations for reports, interfaces, and master data.
