Job summary

ATEC Spine, Inc. is seeking a SAP SD Analyst to support, optimize, and extend the Sales and Distribution processes within SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C).

You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse Operations to ensure accurate pricing, billing, and fulfillment. The role requires 5+ years of SAP SD hands-on experience, configuration expertise in SD, and solid knowledge of integration with Inventory Management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Analyst.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA SD configuration and support.
• Solid understanding of SD integration with Inventory Mgmt, FICO and SAP EWM.
• Knowledge of interfaces to Salesforce, MyMediSet or similar systems.
• Ability to analyze issues across multiple systems and identify root causes.
• Experience with SAP CPI/PI/PO, IDocs, or API-based integrations.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD processes including orders, deliveries, billing, returns, pricing, ATP, and credit management.
• Configure and maintain SAP OTC modules including SD, Rebates, Contracts, and Pricing.
• Support integrations with FI/CO, MM, and Supply Chain.
• Troubleshoot SD-related issues impacting order processing, billing, and fulfillment.
• Monitor integration with MyMediSet for inventory visibility and item-level tracking.
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies across S/4HANA, MyMediSet, and SAP EWM.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse Operations.
• Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams (CPI/PI/PO, IDocs, APIs) for interfaces and enhancements.
• Participate in SAP releases, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Lead or support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production cutovers.
• Maintain process/configuration documentation and test scripts.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical teams; translate business requirements into specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, configurations, tests, and user guides.
