Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master to lead 1–2 cross‑functional Agile teams supporting SAP-related delivery. The role emphasizes servant leadership, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous improvement across hybrid governance models.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Product Owners and SAP consultants, scaling Agile practices (SAFe), and ensuring alignment with release plans. A background in SAP Activate and ERP integrations is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise‑scale Agile delivery.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or major ERP platforms (SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models in a structured environment.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and traditional SAP project phases.
Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and managing cross‑team dependencies.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Must be proficient in Jira and proficient in other tools such as Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader for 1–2 cross‑functional Agile teams (SAP functional, technical, and business).
Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empirical delivery.
