We are seeking an experienced SAP Scrum Master / Project Lead to support a large-scale, multi-year SAP transformation program. This individual will lead two SAP-focused Scrum teams within a Supply Chain workstream and partner closely with program leadership, functional teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and system implementation partners.
The program operates in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, utilizing two-week sprints, daily Scrum ceremonies, quarterly Program Increment (PI) Planning, and structured project-management processes.
This is an initial 9+ month contract with anticipated 12-month extensions. The broader transformation has approximately four additional years of planned work, creating the potential for a long-term engagement across multiple releases.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Scrum Master or Project Lead who understands both SAP functional environments and Agile delivery. This person should be comfortable leading multiple teams, facilitating conversations across business and technical stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and driving work forward in a complex enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will be collaborative and communicative while also having the initiative to identify risks, challenge issues appropriately, and help teams remove obstacles. Because this is part of a multi‑year transformation, the team is particularly interested in someone seeking a stable, long‑term consulting engagement who can support the program across multiple releases.
The SAP transformation is currently progressing through its first release, including build, testing, and System Integration Testing activities. Additional releases are planned, with approximately four more years of transformation work anticipated.
