Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to lead Scrum ceremonies and manage backlogs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead two SAP-focused Scrum teams and manage sprint ceremonies.
• Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement to align with priorities.
• Coordinate testing activities, SIT, and defect management during SAP implementation.
• Track progress with Jira and report risks to program leadership.
• Work in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
