Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an SAP Supply Chain Planning Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and IBP processes.

This role starts as a contractor with conversion to a full-time employee after 6–12 months, offering the opportunity to partner with business leaders and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in planning accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP Supply Chain Planning implementations and upgrades.
• Deep knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP/IBP.
• Hands-on with SAP IBP, APO, S/4HANA and system integration concepts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Join a high-impact team driving the future of supply chain planning through SAP innovation. As the SAP Supply Chain Planning Project Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that transform demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes across the enterprise.

This position will start as a contractor and is meant to convert to an FTE position after 6-12 months.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end delivery of SAP planning solutions, partnering with business leaders, functional teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful execution from strategy through deployment. You'll play a critical role in aligning technology with business goals, managing project risks, and delivering scalable solutions that improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading SAP Supply Chain Planning implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
