Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an experienced CSSO/Site Security Manager at Eglin AFB, FL. The role oversees SAP/SCI and collateral security programs, interfacing with SAPCO, DCSA, and government customers to ensure compliance with ICDs and DoD directives.

The ideal candidate holds a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years in DoD/IC security. Strong leadership and attention to detail are essential in this high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of DoD/IC SAP or SCI program security experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/SCI security policies (ICD 705, DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5105.21) and related systems (JADE, DISS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe; NBIS, NISS, SIMS familiarity.
• Experience managing SAPF/SCIF accreditation and ICD 705 processes.
• Excellent organization and high attention to detail; ability to work independently in high-security environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAPF/SCIF accreditation activities per ICD/ICS 705 specifications.
• Develop CSPs, perform site inspections, coordinate with architects/engineers for compliance.
• Prepare accreditation documentation including FFCs and security design packages.
• Lead daily facility operations: access control, alarms, badge management, escorting.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/ICD/NISPOM directives and security requirements.
• Interface with Cognizant Authorities (SAPCO, PSM, PSO, GAM, CAM, DCSA) for security matters.
• Lead self-inspections, audits, and corrective action plans.
