Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) / Site Security Manager to lead SAP/SCI security across personnel, physical, and information domains.

This role interfaces with Cognizant Authorities and government security offices to safeguard national security information. Responsibilities include policy development, inspections, accreditation, incident response, and SETA, with a focus on governance, compliance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with DoD/SAP/SCI program security experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of DoD security directives and ICD/ICS standards.
• Experience managing SAP/SCIF accreditation and program protection.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure DoD/ICD compliance for SAP/SCI programs.
• Develop and maintain SAP/SCI security procedures.
• Lead self-inspections and coordinate external inspections.
• Oversee SAPF/SCIF accreditation and facility security requirements.
• Manage PARs, clearances, nominations, and personnel security files.
• Handle classified material handling, storage, and destruction.
• Lead security investigations and incident response activities.
• Provide security training and awareness across programs.
