SAP Sales Performance Management(SPM) Team is looking for a Marketing lead to own the integrated marketing strategy for SPM as part of the SPM winning plan.
The Marketing lead will work closely with SPM leadership across CMSO, CRO, CPO, Field marketing and Corporate Marketing to accelerate the Winning plan and growth priorities. They will be accountable to define marketing success metrics, prioritization and focus areas, and lead regular data and insights analysis to drive ongoing improvements and success for the SPM area.
The role will align with cross functional, virtual team members from across M&S and GTM to define, build, execute and optimize integrated marketing plans at scale for a Growth Priority, including: digital journeys(IDPs), events (virtual and in person), Solution Marketing, Sales Plays, Field Marketing, brand, Thought Leadership, Partner Marketing, Industry, mid-market and Global Comms (AR, PR, Exec Comms).
The role requires participation in ongoing and annual planning processes and supporting the Business’s Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Interlocks.
The position requires operational and strategic experience across multiple disciplines of marketing, ideal candidate should be a business-oriented, strategic thinker with strong marketing analytics skills, a collaborative works style, effective communication Skills, and a curious mind for problem solving. This person should have experiences managing priorities and work effectively across several internal stakeholders both globally and in regions.

The targeted combined range for this position is 121800 - 255700 (NYC)USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
