We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Manager/Senior Manager to lead large‑scale sales, order management, billing, and customer revenue transformation programs for clients across the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) and High‑Tech industries. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution, Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes, Billing & Invoicing, Pricing, Customer Contracts, and Revenue Integration with strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs.
Lead end‑to‑end SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), Billing, and Invoicing transformation programs across multiple geographies and business units. Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management. Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long‑term logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and customer delivery strategy. Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross‑functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders. Provide hands‑on leadership for SAP SD solution design, including sales order management, pricing, contracts, billing, invoicing, returns processing, credit and debit memo management, customer rebates, and output management. Lead billing and invoicing transformation initiatives, including subscription billing, recurring revenue models, intercompany billing, electronic invoicing, and automated invoice processing. Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts. Drive integration design across SAP SD, Finance (FI-AR), Revenue Accounting, BRIM, CRM/CX, CPQ, EWM, TM, and external eCommerce and customer management platforms. Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation. Mentor junior consultants and solution leads, build client capabilities, and support business development efforts through solution innovation and thought leadership. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience designing, configuring, and delivering SAP Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, including Billing and Invoicing (preferred), sales order management, pricing, and customer order management. Minimum of 3 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including at least 2 years serving in a functional lead or solution lead capacity for SAP SD, OTC, billing (preferred), or invoicing (preferred) workstreams. Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and delivering sales operations, order fulfillment, pricing billing (preferred) and invoicing (preferred), accounts receivable integration, and revenue lifecycle management processes. Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering SAP sales, order management, billing (preferred), invoicing (preferred), or revenue transformation solutions for clients in Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) and High Tech industries. Minimum of 3 years of consulting or advisory experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions, translating business requirements into SAP solutions, and presenting recommendations to senior or executive stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 12 years of equivalent work experience; candidates with an associate degree must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
You are an SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4HANA Sales or equivalent SAP SD certification. You have an SAP Activate methodology certification or equivalent agile delivery experience.
