Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced SAC Reporting SME to lead the design and governance of reporting in SAP Analytics Cloud.

You will translate business needs into a standardized reporting framework, set development standards, and act as the escalation point for design, performance, and user experience decisions. You will drive requirement gathering with stakeholders, create a cohesive report catalogue and KPIs, and guide analysts through UAT, training materials, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 15+ years Experience in SAP
• Expert knowledge of SAC stories, analytic applications, models and live data connections.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and define the report catalogue, KPIs and user personas with business stakeholders.
• Define SAC design standards: story templates, themes, navigation, filters and visual best practice.
• Design SAC models and live connections to SAP Datasphere, and advise on semantic requirements for Datasphere models.
• Review report designs and builds from developers, and perform quality checks and performance tuning.
• Guide user acceptance testing, training material and business adoption.
• Collaborate with the security lead on roles, teams and data access controls in SAC.

Job description

The SAC Reporting SME leads the design of reporting and visualisation in SAP Analytics Cloud. The role translates business requirements into a consistent reporting framework, sets standards for the report developers and acts as the escalation point for design, performance and user-experience questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and define the report catalogue, KPIs and user personas with business stakeholders.

• Design SAC models and live connections to SAP Datasphere, and advise on semantic requirements for Datasphere models.

Skill Requirements

15+ years Experience in SAP

Expert knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud stories, analytic applications, models and live data connections.

• Strong understanding of dashboard design and data storytelling.
• Knowledge of Datasphere consumption layers and SAC calculations, variables and scripting.
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau for comparison and migration.
• Excellent client-facing and workshop facilitation skills.
