Job summary

Inclusion Cloud is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to design, develop, and implement analytics, reporting, and planning solutions that support business decision-making.

The role requires hands-on SAC expertise, data modeling, dashboard development, and integration with SAP sources. You will also support the client's Oracle Hyperion budgeting tool during the transition to SAC and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and implementing analytics, reporting, and planning solutions.
• Experience designing dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations for business users.
• Strong data modeling knowledge: dimensions, measures, hierarchies, calculations.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Understanding of SAP data environments and integration methods with SAP sources.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion budgeting tools, or comparable Hyperion expertise during transition to SAC.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAC.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain data models, dimensions, measures, and calculated fields in SAC.
• Configure SAC stories, analytical apps, and other reporting capabilities.
• Work with SAP data sources (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Datasphere) and ensure data connections.
• Support planning and budgeting processes, including planning models and forecasting during transition to SAC.
• Provide ongoing Hyperion support to ensure continuity of budgeting operations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Participate in testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support activities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to design, develop, and implement analytics, reporting, and planning solutions that support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, data modeling, dashboard development, and integration with SAP data sources. Additionally, the candidate must have the expertise and availability to support the client's current budgeting tool, Oracle Hyperion, until SAP Analytics Cloud is fully implemented.

This role requires the ability to understand business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver actionable insights while ensuring continuity of existing budgeting processes during the transition to SAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain data models, dimensions, measures, and calculated fields in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Configure stories, analytical applications, and other SAC reporting capabilities.
• Work with SAP data sources, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere, as applicable.
• Develop and maintain data connections and support data integration between SAP Analytics Cloud and relevant source systems.
• Support planning and budgeting processes, including planning models, input forms, allocations, and forecasting, depending on project requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for the client's existing Oracle Hyperion budgeting tool until SAP Analytics Cloud is implemented, ensuring continuity of budgeting operations throughout the transition.
• Troubleshoot Hyperion-related issues and support existing budgeting processes, models, and workflows as required.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across the relevant tools.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Participate in testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support activities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts, dimensions, measures, calculations, and hierarchies.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions.
• Understanding of SAP data environments and integration methods.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion, particularly Hyperion Planning and budgeting processes, or a comparable level of expertise supporting the client's existing Hyperion environment.
• Availability to support Hyperion while the transition to SAP Analytics Cloud is underway.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
