Job summary

Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio is seeking an Engineer, Software Engineer SAP S4 PTP, SCE and MM to support Medical Core Systems within the Global Supply Chain Execution IT team. The role covers Run and Build activities, delivering SAP configurations and business process improvements for procurement and MM modules.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, analyze requirements, and implement solutions, while communicating effectively and mentoring teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 4–8 years in SAP with functional processes preferred
• Functional SAP knowledge including MM and procurement
• Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP Procurement
• Experience with SAP Connections/Interfaces and middleware
• Knowledge of configuring MM and PTP within SAP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop business process knowledge and apply it to software functionality and related documentation
• Participate in conversations with business to understand requirements and work with leads to identify options
• Plan and support within SAP S4 procurement processes and procedures
• Create configurations within SAP S4 MM and SAP PTP to support supply chain processes
• Reference and review T-codes
• Collaborate with other EIT teams as needed in performing the support activities
• Communicate effectively to business partners and other supporting teams
