Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an SAP Ariba Lead to drive end-to-end Ariba solutions across sourcing, contracts, buying and invoicing, and commerce automation. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and adoption of Ariba on SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

You will lead global workstreams, coordinate integration with SAP S/4HANA MM/FI security, and mentor a team of Ariba consultants to deliver scalable, compliant value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementations
• Expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Commerce Automation
• Minimum 2–3 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations as a Lead
• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing business processes
• Hands-on experience with Ariba CIG integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
• Knowledge of master data and transactional integration, tax, invoicing, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead Ariba workstreams in global implementations and S/4HANA transformation programs
• Own end-to-end delivery of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Drive design and configuration for Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Commerce Automation
• Define best-practice procurement processes aligned with SAP standards
• Ensure seamless Ariba–S/4HANA integration
• Lead supplier onboarding and adoption strategies
• Coordinate testing, cutover, and go-live readiness with governance

Required Skills & Experience

Exposure to SAP Fieldglass or Concur is an advantage
