Job summary

PG&E is seeking an Associate, IT ERP Functional Analyst (Services Procurement) to implement and maintain SAP S/4HANA Service Procurement with cross-functional integrations. You will engage in business process analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities, working with SMEs and consultants.

The role requires 0–3 years of ERP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid Oakland team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of IT, ERP, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related business systems experience.
• Fundamental understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Service Procurement solutions and related applications.
• Participate in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, senior analysts, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver service procurement solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and assist in documenting functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Support Fit-to-Standard implementation approaches by leveraging SAP standard capabilities.
• Assist in evaluating solution alternatives and provide recommendations based on business requirements and system capabilities.
