Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Plano, TX seeks an SAP S/4HANA SD Application Expert to support regional rollout and ongoing SAP SD operations. You will work within global templates, handle incidents, and drive standard, end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes across multiple SAP modules.

The role requires strong SAP SD configuration skills, experience in rollouts, and collaboration with global teams to ensure governance and template integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of SAP SD consulting, support, and solution delivery experience.
• Minimum 1 full lifecycle SAP implementations or S/4HANA rollout projects in SAP SD.
• Experience with end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes and integration with MM, FI, PP, EWM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP SD Regional Consultant for the Americas.
• Handle SAP SD production support, incidents, service requests, and stabilization.
• Configure SAP SD processes: Quotations, Sales Orders, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing, Returns, Credit Management.
• Develop functional specs and support designs for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with MM, FI, PP, EWM, BRIM and other SAP teams for end-to-end processes.
• Drive process improvement and standardization per Global SAP CoE governance.
