Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in the Americas seeks an SAP S/4HANA FICO Regional Application Consultant to support FI/CO deployments across the region. You will work within a global template, deliver enhancements, and lead regional rollout activities.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders and the Global SAP CoE to ensure governance, best practices, and timely production support. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of SAP FICO consulting and delivery experience.
• 1+ full lifecycle SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
• Strong SAP FICO configuration covering GL, AP, AR, AA, etc.
• Knowledge of FI-SD/FI-MM/FI-PP integration.
• Experience with testing, data migration, cutover, go-live.
• Experience in global template governance and offshore delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SAP FICO consultant for the Americas region.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and operational stabilization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Ensure solutions comply with global templates, standards, governance.
• Configure and support SAP FICO processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, etc.).
• Lead SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration with SD, MM, PP, EWM.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement with CoE.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
